SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

 

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping: $6.00 (estimated 3–5 business days)

  • Express shipping: $15.00 (estimated 1–2 business days)

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will become active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Our store is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order; these fees are the customer's responsibility.

Damages

Our store is not liable for damages or lost items during shipping; contact the carrier to file a claim if your order is damaged.

International shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds and exchanges:

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
